01 Using PromptFloe

You must be able to form a binding contract to use PromptFloe and are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure.

You agree not to use the service to build or deploy anything unlawful, abusive, or that infringes others’ rights, and not to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform.

02 Your content and ownership

You own the prompts you submit and the applications PromptFloe generates for you, including the right to export, modify, and deploy them.

You grant us the limited license needed to process your inputs, generate and store your builds, and operate the service.

03 Verification and "as is" output

PromptFloe verifies each build against a set of automated gates and issues a verification certificate describing what passed. Verification is a strong signal of quality, not a warranty.

Generated software is provided "as is." You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and securing anything you deploy to production.

04 Plans, billing, and credits

Paid plans and usage are billed as described at checkout. Repairs that occur within a build’s bounded gate-and-repair cycle do not incur extra charges.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period.

05 Service changes and termination

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

06 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromptFloe is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
