Billing & plans
PromptFloe has 5 tiers — Free, Basic, Pro, Max, Enterprise. Each controls daily skill quotas, augmenter access, and concurrent channel agents. Manage from /settings/billing.

#How daily quotas work
Critique and augmenter quotas track separately. Both reset at 00:00 UTC. When you hit a limit:
- The skill returns an upgrade hint instead of running.
- Other quota types still work — running out of critique doesn't block augmenters and vice versa.
- Cancelling a skill mid-run does not refund the quota. The run still counts.
#Upgrading
Go to /pricing or /settings/billing and click the tier you want. PromptFloe uses Razorpay for subscriptions — INR pricing, monthly billing, auto-renewal. Major Indian payment methods supported (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets).
On checkout, you're redirected to Razorpay. After payment, we activate the new tier within a few seconds and redirect you to /billing/success for confirmation.
#Cancelling a subscription
From /settings/billing, click Cancel under your current plan card. We confirm with a modal — be sure you really want to.
Cancellation is cancel-at-cycle-end. You keep full access until your current billing period ends. The status changes to cancelling immediately, and to cancelled when the period ends.
#Failed payments
If a recurring charge fails, Razorpay retries on its own schedule (typically 3 attempts over 7 days). During this window your status is past_due and access continues. After the final retry fails, status becomes halted and access drops to Free tier features.
Update your payment method from /settings/billing at any time to recover.
#What we track
For each account we track:
- Daily skill runs (count, by kind).
- Active channel agents (count).
- Token usage on premium models (used for fairness, not billing).
We do not track which specific skills you run or your prompts. Skill outputs are not retained beyond the active chat session.
#Invoices & receipts
Razorpay emails a receipt for every successful charge. For GST invoices, configure your business name and GSTIN in /settings/billing → Tax info. Future invoices include the GSTIN; past invoices can't be retroactively updated.
